I plan to use the ADG725 differential mux whose output feeds an low noise variable gain amplifier (PGA280 from TI). The 16 differential mux inputs will be loaded with unknown(yet to be measured) resistive loads ranging from 1 ohm to 10K with target measurement accuracies of less than 0.01 ohms.
What errors could the ADG725 add to corrupt my measurements? Would the channel to channel mis-matches, charge injecttion, etc be a problem? How can any of these mux errors be eliminated?
My signal at the output of the PGA feeds a 24-bit sigma-delta ADC sampling at 10KHz so i need a clean and un-corrupted signal feeding the ADC.
