I am using ADSP BF 548 evaluation board, i am running my core clock at 400 Mhz and system clock at 133 Mhz but it is taking more time to execute normal instruction,for example
count = 10;
the code is taking 1.6 micro sec to execute.for loop will execute in core clock rate i.e 1/400M = 2.5 nano sec.
if for loop takes 2 cycle to execute,the for 10 count 2.5 nano * 10 = 25 nanosecond but its taking more the its required!
Do all mathematical computation like FFT,RMS,MEAN/AVG will execute at core clock rate or system clock rate?
This timing calculation i dd through gpio pin toggling and monitored in CRO.
Suggest if any clock configuration has to change.
