AD592 output is incorrect.  What am I doing wrong?

I am using an AD592 in a circuit powered from 5V (of a USB port).  the 5V is connected to AD592 pin 1, then pin 3 of the AD592 to a 10k, 0.05% resistor to ground.

When I measure the resulting voltage I am getting 2.630V and I confirmed using a Fluke 287 that the current exactly matches.

Since I am indoors an wear jeans and a light sweater, I was expecting much closer to 2.98V

Do you have any suggestions on what to check?
