Our customer evaluate the 3set of the ADIS16475-3/PCBZ .

From "Figure 10. Gyroscope Allan Deviation, TC = 25°C, ADIS16475-3" in the datasheet,

we know about 7 deg/h @ 100s periods sampling.

We expect the following drift value in static.

7 deg/h / 3600s * 100s = +/- 0.1964 deg @ 100s periods sampling.

Is it correct ?

Following (attachment) is customer measured data @ 100s periods samplng ,

x axis : <-0.1deg < 0.1964 deg ; Expected value

y axis : <-1.2deg > 0.1964 deg ; Not expected value

z axis : <-3.75deg >0.1964 deg ; Not expected value

Are they within the typ specification?

, especially the y & z axis data ?

Thank you very much for your post. Unfortunately, the interpretation of the Allan variance curve is not correct. This curve describes how accurately one can observe the bias, under the most ideal circumstances, over specific periods of time, not the accuracy of an integrated angle estimate over time.
