I am using the LT8490 as MPPT charger my battery voltage is 25.9V 11000mAh Li-Ion Battery and my panel is 50W 40V but my battery is unable charge,please find the schematics and suggest me any changes, and please find the attached schematics.
there is not enough information to give you troubleshooting advice, but the schematic shows several errors:
the U10 and U11 reverse polarity protection MOSFETs cannot be used, because the voltage rating is only for 12V battery. read the datasheet for the device.
also, check the voltage ratings for all components. for example C14, C1, U5, U6, D1, D2.
when troubleshooting, make sure that there is at least 10V across the output terminals, otherwise the charger will not start. U11 may be blocking. try to replace U10 and U11 with shortcircuit.
if you have only a 50W panel you should reduce the current limits. the output charge power is set around 150W and the input current limit is also very high compared to the about 1A you will get from the panel.
the panel datasheet would help. if the Vmp voltage is 40V you may need 80V input MOSFETs. with 29V Li_Ion battery I assume you are talking about nominal voltage. you will then need at least 40V output MOSFETs.
