We are using a BF537 processor in our design and we are trying to reduce costs on the board.  Our previous design used an oscillator to control the CLKIN pin of the Blackfin, but we've chosen to replace this with a crystal.  When using the crystal, we noticed that our hibernate current increased by ~300uA!!  With the oscillator, it was well within ADI's specification at ~25uA, and we didn't change anything else...what's wrong?
