Does Analog Devices make a device that will take component analog video source in YPbPr format at 1080P and split that signal three ways?
There is no specific device to create a 1 x 3 YCbCr buffer.
A 1 x 3 buffer can be easily implemented with many op-amps like the ADA4861-3 along with some circuit design. In the datasheet, Figure 50 shows how to implement 3 buffers. Just tie the 3 inputs together and you have one component of your 1 x 3 buffer implementation. Figure 51 shows how to drive two outputs from one source. With a little math to verify, this circuit can be might expanded to drive 3 outputs.
Thanks! Now it appears a 1 x 4 split is desired. Looks like the diagram on Figure 50 could do this by adding another op-amp.
Yes it can be done by adding another op-amp.
Things to watch for:
1) source loading must be carefully placed
2) watch for stubs and split paths on the video lines. Reflections in the video path will cause ghosting in the image.
3) watch for color to color skew when using multiple parts
Routing will be key to all of this. Select the right trace impedance. Watch loading placement and stubs.

Also, the 75 Ohm shunt resistors on the input to the op-amp would those need to be changed to 300 Ohm since the input is being split four ways? A 300 ohm shunt resistor at the input of each op-amp instead of the 75 ohm shown in the datasheet.
