My CCES suddenly stopped compiling anything. It just reports error message: make: -c: command not found.
How could I fix this?
Is it possible that you have another copy of make.exe in your PATH? CCES should be using its make.exe in its installation folder. You can open a command prompt and type `where make.exe`
I reinstalled CCES and it started working. Now same problem occured again.
where make.exe reports my Octave directory as result. Is there way to configure CCES to use make.exe in its installation folder?
Apologies in the delay replying.
CCES should be adding its installation folder to the %PATH% first before your copy of make.exe. It's puzzling as to why we're picking up your make.exe in your Octave directory first.
As a workaround, I hope that not having make.exe in your Octave directory in your %PATH% means that you can continue to use CCES. We'll investigate further.
