Are following parameters measurements (that are absent in datasheet) can be open ?

There are about:

1) OIP3(over frequency fI_IF=0-100 MHz):

• HMC960 has Zin=400 Ohm @input impedance = 400 Ohm, output impedance = 100 Ohm (Standard Bias Setting mode);

• HMC960 has Zin=100 Ohm @input impedance = 100 Ohm, output impedance = 100 Ohm (Standard Bias Setting mode);

• HMC960 has Zin=400 Ohm @input impedance = 400 Ohm, output impedance = 100 Ohm (Hight Linearity Bias Setting mode);

• HMC960 has Zin=100 Ohm @input impedance = 100 Ohm, output impedance = 100 Ohm (Hight Linearity Bias Setting mode);

2) Noise Figure of HMC960 for the following conditions:

• NF (f_IF=0-100 MHz) in case HMC960 has Zin=400 Ohm @input impedance = 400 Ohm, output impedance = 100 Ohm;

• NF (f_IF=0-100 MHz) in case HMC960 has Zin=100 Ohm @input impedance = 100 Ohm, output impedance = 100 Ohm.

Unfortunately, the data for the configurations requested was not gathered during characterization. I've listed my comments on each point below in

bold.1) OIP3(over frequency fI_IF=0-100 MHz):

• HMC960 has Zin=400 Ohm @input impedance = 400 Ohm, output impedance = 100 Ohm (Standard Bias Setting mode);

• HMC960 has Zin=100 Ohm @input impedance = 100 Ohm, output impedance = 100 Ohm (Standard Bias Setting mode);

• HMC960 has Zin=400 Ohm @input impedance = 400 Ohm, output impedance = 100 Ohm (Hight Linearity Bias Setting mode);

• HMC960 has Zin=100 Ohm @input impedance = 100 Ohm, output impedance = 100 Ohm (Hight Linearity Bias Setting mode);

I would advise you to test with the lower output load over the frequency points of interest. I would expect some degradation to OIP3 with the smaller 100 Ohm output load.2) Noise Figure of HMC960 for the following conditions:

• NF (f_IF=0-100 MHz) in case HMC960 has Zin=400 Ohm @input impedance = 400 Ohm, output impedance = 100 Ohm;

• NF (f_IF=0-100 MHz) in case HMC960 has Zin=100 Ohm @input impedance = 100 Ohm, output impedance = 100 Ohm.

I don't expect NF/Nout to change much from a 400 output load to a 100 Ohm output load.
