Actually i was into a reflectometer design with AD8302.

May be this sounds silly..

The problem i wanted to know what if i give the coupled reflected power to INPB instead of INPA as in datasheet & the coupled forward power to INPA...

The AD8302 meaures the logarithmic difference right?

So assuming my forward power remains constant (here INPA) the reflected power (here INPB) is changing..

Vmag =V slp * log (VINA/VINB)

so here VINB is changing.

Im not so good at maths...but im curious to know the outcome in the practical scenario..

As a follow on to what Eamon said...both log amps are the same, so it doesn't matter whether you change INPA or INPB. When INPA equals INPB, the Vmag output will be 900mV. When INPA is greater than INPB, Vmag will be greater than 900mV. Conversersly, if INPA is less than INPB, Vmag will be less than 900mV. I'll refer you to TPCs 1 & 2 where on TPC 1, INPA is swept from -60 dBm to 0 dBm and INPB is held to a constant -30 dBm. And TPC 2 INPA is held to a constant -30 dBm and INPB is swept from -60 dbm to 0 dBm.
