would you teach me the recommened condition/profile for flow soldering and hand soldering?
AD2XX products are intended mainly for through-hole wave solder or manual hand solder. The product has a printed circuit board with 63/37 Pb/Sn attached components inside a potted plastic case with a plastic label on top. An IR solder reflow at +240C is too hot and will likely melt the internal solder joints and/or the plastic case and label. Our packaging engineer therefore does not recommend IR reflow. It's important to understand that the product is NOT Pb-free.
The melting temp of Pb/Sn solder is +183C, recommended Tpeak is < +175C.
I'm researching this question and will respond as soon as possible.
