Since the ADuCM3029 provides parity check for SRAM, but not clearly state that one parity bit for every 8, 16 or 32 bits of data. Who can clarify it?
Thanks in advance!
The ADuCM3029 provides two bits of parity per 32-bit word. These two bits of parity correspond to one bit of parity for each of two 16-bit half words. The SRAM Parity and SRAM Initialization sections in the ADuCM302x Hardware Reference Manual provide further details on SRAM parity error generation and dependency on SRAM initialization to avoid false parity errors.
Many thanks Narsimh!
