I'm having issues with AD7091R GUI. It's keep "Waiting for transfer from Controller" as shown in below. Please advise how to get rid of this message box. How long does it take to finish this process?
Can you confirm if there is any power getting to the AD7091R-2 board? There are two LEDs in the "Power Management" section called "PWR-IN" and "PWR-GOOD" that don't appear to be lit up.
OS: Windows 10, 64 bit
I make sure the two boards are firmly together. Connector J13 in SDZ board is tied to connector J2 in EVAL-SDP-CB1Z board. Please advise.
Is the SDP appearing in the Device Manager?
Try hitting the reset switch on the SDP also.
Yes, SDP is appearing in Device manager.
After I hit reset switch on the EVAL-SDP-CB1Z board, I get the below error. Please advise.
Can you do the following:
1. Disconnect SDP USB cable from the PC.
2. Uninstall the software completely.
3. Reinstall the software completely.
4. Reconnect the SDP USB cable to the PC.
I'm still having the same issue. The GUI got stuck in the loop, "Waiting for transfer from Controller". I measured VCC on SDP board, it's 3.3 V.
Ah, my power supply adapter is not working. I used external power supply with 9V and now PWR-IN and PWR-GOOD LES's are turned on.
One more question.
Can I use external signal generator to feed an input signal (VIN0) on AD7091R-2 board?
I've connected UNIPOLAR OUT to VIN0 directly (for debugging purpose) and the response is below: How to interpret this?
This should be a two stage process.
1. Feed a bipolar signal to BipolarIn.
2. Feed the biased signal from UnipolarOut to the ADC input. The amplifier on the board biases the signal above 0V.
Alternatively you may feed a unipolar signal directly to the ADC if your source allows it.
