Gain values across the Spectrum

There are three default full gain table which can be selected depending on the LO frequency we are going to use.

In that gain table, LNA can take 4 gain values. But according to the frequency range, these LNA gain values are changing.

For example:

Gain index 1Gain index 2Gain index 3Gain index 4LO Frequency
5171924800MHz
31417212300MHz
-41013145000MHz

What if we are going to use these gain tables for low frequency like 70MHz to 500MHz. Is the LNA, Mixer gains are constant across these range?

Is the values of LNA gains were 5,17,19,24 as mentioned in the above table or we may expect a error of 1 or 2dB?
