The EVAL-CN0407-SDPZ demo board ,ADA4530 is bipolar +/-5V power source ,AD7172-2 is bipolar +/-2.5V ,if I need change to 0~5V unipolar power System ,It;s OK? ,I need to pay attention to what?

I apologize for the long delay here. Analog Devices was on holiday shutdown at the end of December and it appears this question got lost in the mix.
The biggest thing that you need to be careful of if you are changing the power supplies from bipolar (+/-) to single supply (0-5) is that the ADA4350 and the AD7172 require input headroom in order to make the most accurate measurements and readings. The parts can't go all the way to 0V inputs on a 0V power rails, you need something more negative (aka a bipolar supply) to do the trick.
This effect will propagate through your system, so if you are trying to measure the smaller photodiode currents that fall in that lower headroom region, those values will be cut off. So you would need to really go through the CN0407 signal chain with your lowest input value and your highest input value and make sure that you don't run into input voltage issues.
