Hi, I am working on a project using the ADSP-21489 Ez-Kit.
I am using several DAI Pins as GPIO inputs for switches and such. I notice that when the SRU pin buffer is disabled the GPIO pins sit at a high voltage, unless connected to ground (this is when both the Pin Buffer input and Pin Buffer enable are low). I am wondering if this is intentional functionality which configures the pins as a pulldown (which would be convenient for my application) or if they are simply floating high when unconnected due to capacitance or somesuch. I cannot find any connections in the Ez-Kit schematic that would account for this.
I would like to know whether this is functionality I can count on for a design or if I need to tie the pins high when unconnected. Please let me know.
