How to calculate the Max power that can be applied at 9 kHz input frequency based on Power derating graph On HMC1118(SPDT) and ADRF5040(SP4T) switches data sheet ? The data sheet has a power derating plot ,at 9 KHz it is -22 dBm which means do i need to subtract this from the absolute max power of 37 dBm ?

The unit of the power derating curves is dB. To find the absolute and recommended maximum input power at a frequency different than given frequency condition, the derating value should be subtracted from the spec/rating.

HMC1118's through path has the absolute/recommended maximum input power specs of 35dBm/37dBm at 2 GHz and power derating value of 22 dB at 9 KHz so the absolute/recommended maximum input power at 9 KHz are 13dBm/15dBm.

ADRF5040's through path has the absolute/recommended maximum input power specs of 33dBm/34dBm at 2 GHz and power derating value of 22 dB at 9 KHz so the absolute/recommended maximum input power at 9 KHz are 11dBm/12dBm.
