Since ADA4051-2ARMZ is dual channel, multiply your Pd by 2.
Pd = 2(( 20uA x 5V ) + 10mA( 5V – ( 5V – 0.5V )))
Pd = 10.2mW
You can also refer to the power derating curve below which represents the power dissipation the device can handle across temperature.
The theta-jc of RM-8 is 62.15 C/W.
