How to compensate the cross-axis compensation?

Compensating for cross-axis would be very difficult, if not impossible. Are you finding that this is interfering with your measurement results?
As Anthony is saying, correcting for dynamic cross-axis responses can have a number of complications. However, under static inertial conditions, cross-axis sensitivity on accelerometers can be observable/correctable during the alignment calibration process. Based on your others posts, I am assuming that this is for the purpose of a tilt sensor, under static conditions. Is that correct?

Good question, I just want to know after the cross-axis compensation is better than previous or not?
But after the cross-axis compensation, it's not good than previous situation.
My application is digital angle meter and after zero offset/gain error calibration(AN-1057), the angle accuracy is +-0.2 degree, we want to improve the accuracy as +-0.1 degree.
I had use the oversampling method that improve the resolution up to 11-bits and use running average,mean of circular quantities algorithm.
angle computed method : atan(ax/ay);
Maybe there is something wrong cause the angle can't not meet the +-0.1 degree of accuracy.
Do you have any recommendation for accuracy improvement?
