Hi,

I am using ADV7181C and ADV7513 to convert analog video in HD or SD mode to HDMI. With HD all is ok. In SD, PAL is ok (576i) but in NTSC(480i) I have some video output, but not in all TV or display. The TV and display screen with problem are able to diplay NTSC from HDMI, so the problem is comming from my ADV7513.

the video signal from ADV7181C to ADV7513 is 8bits BTU.656 standard with pixel clock=27Mhz (data bus is 8bits) with SEV/SAV. settings of ADV7513 is as folow :

    script_1EX();   // from your database
    write(0x15,0x04);
    write(0x16,0x79);
    write(0x17,0x60);
    write(0x48,0x00);

   write(0x9D,0x65);
    write(0x30,0x04);
    write(0x31,0xC3);
    write(0x32,0xE0);
    write(0x33,0x10);
    write(0x34,0x03);

I spend a lot of time on this issue, but not able to find solution, I saw also this the post : "ADV7393 NTSC output problem" from Mr LasP answered bu Anthony Purcell and it is looking to be tje same problem,

I read out the register 0X3D=70, 0x3E=0, and 0x3F=128. It could help to understand.

Help will be very apreciated.

Thanks.

Rémi.
