Hi, I am running several experiments on NDIR sensor board for my lab. We have a very good vacuum chamber for gas measurement calibration. Below is the figure that plotting recorded data from your CN0338 application board at diffrent concentration.

  • First row is the ratio between peak to peak voltage of active channel with peak to peak voltage of reference channel
  • Second row is the temperature inside the chamber
  • Third row is the pressure inside the chamber

I just noticed that the sensor inside your board got drifting effect ( and it is a huge amount in a short interval of time). Do you have any idea to fix it ? In my application, one cycle is 5 second so i think it is long enough for the low pass filter to settle down. I am not sure what is the problem with it since there was no leaked from the chamber either.
