We are using LTC7004 for one of our project for switching ON/OFF the load.
we can not simulate above circuit through LTspice
can u give me feedback above circuit working fine ??
i have set OVLO is 50V and VCCUV is 4.5V
A LTC7004 LTSpice jig (test schematic) is available in LTSpice (File/New schematic(Ctrl-N), Component(F2), type 7004 in search box, click "Open this macromodel's test fixture". One can then modify this schematic. Initially, the internal charge pump takes time to charge the capacitor from BST to TS cap, but otherwise it works.
I have following doubt
we are provided 14.4V supply for VCC pin.Is it damage IC?.because we are using 14.2V SLA battery for providing input supply for board
we simulate this circuit but OVLO function not wotking.I set OVLO is 52V through resistor divider network.but i gave 53V it' also working?
The LTC7004 VCC pin has absolute maximum voltage rating of 15V. The controller should not be damaged if the voltage applied to VCC pin is less than 15V.
The LTC7004 OVLO function is working in LTspice simulation. TGup & TGdn is pulled down to TS pin when input voltage crosses approximately 53.6V. However OVLO threshold in simulation appears to be slightly off from the values specified in the LTC7004 datasheet. See below for the circuit used to verify the OVLO function.

previous revision we gave 12 to VCC pin,Now we are changing 5V as supply voltage for LTC7004
Minimum operating voltage for VCC depends on the value of the resistor connected across VCCUV pin and GND. VCC minimum operation voltage can be calculated using the formula and graph shown below.
