is there any suggestion about ADL5380 LO harmonics & Subharmonics?
LO freq=2GHz. 2nd harmonic is -10dbc.
Would be any issue?

I've already read the attached note.
However, it's not noted which is the recommended harmonic relative pwr for a specific sideband suppression figure.
In our design we use a single output PLL , a buffer amp and a RF balun for ADL5380 LO inputs.
Is the following LO harmonics performance

I would recommend you put provisions to filter the LO input signal before the demodulator. For the ADL5380, the odd order harmonics contribute more than even order harmonics to quadrature error and if attenuated to below -30 dBc, results in image suppression performance of -40 dBc or better. Below is a link for a circuit note which provides a starting point for filter designs of the LO output.
