is it possible to extract the register settings from the ADIsimCLK tool without utilizing the evaluation board?
In order to extract the register settings for the AD9522 from SimCLK, you must have the AD9522 evaluation software installed and running.
Upon completing your design in SimCLK, you can select "Program Chip" under the Tools menu. There is also a "Help - Program Chip" selection under the Tools menu.
There is also a user's guide for using hte AD9522 evaluation board software:
I've already installed the AD9522 software (V1.2.1). Unfortunately the "Program Chip" button is inactive in ADIsimCLK.
It seems that direct link from AD9522 evaluation software to ADIsimCLK doesn’t work because
the “program chip” menu item is not activated.
Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?

I see the problem that you're describing. I'm inthe process of working with our software team to fix the problem.
In the meantime, it may be fastest to just program the part using the eval software. Here is a user's guide explaining how to use the software:
I apoloigize for the inconvenience.
