How to solve the ADV7280M picture jitter?

There is no problem with using the chip's own color bar, but the input video will shake. Please help to see what causes it. Thank you。

Read 0x10, in different video formats, read the following values:

i2cget  -f -y 3 0x21 0x10                                     

0x0d

i2cget  -f -y 3 0x21 0x10                                     

0x4d

This shows that there is no problem of standard recognition, and lock.We also confirmed that the capacitance of 19,20 feet, and the capacitor value of the input video foot is 100nF。
