I currently have problems when communicating with ADIS16375. I have followed the instructions with ADIS16227, but I still do not receive the data at the output. I hope you can help me.
Thank you for your post! The ADIS16375 and ADIS16227 are two very different products, which have two very different modes of operation.
I think that this product and code set might be a better starting point for understanding the product that you were trying to evaluate. Can you take a look at this and let me know what you think?

ADIS16227, but I have adjusted accordingly according to the datasheet of
ADIS16375. thank you for sharing my project ADIS16485 with teensy on
arduino. I will try that priject to test ADIS16375. I would like to ask you
about the impedance between VDD pin and GND pin of ADIS16375 is how much? I
measure it to be about 326 ohm. once again thank you very much!

With respect to your second question, there is a lot of decoupling capacitance across the VDD and GND pins, so I would wonder how accurately you can measure this with a digital multimeter. Is that how you are measuring this resistance? Measuring the power supply current might be just as useful.
