Data Streaming in Libiio

What my understanding from LIBIIO and example data streaming code is that, the inputs are fed frame by frame (so, there is discontinuity) and outputs are received for that corresponding frame only. The IIO System object came to play as it dump out the output values which is dependent on present input value and past output values. My question here is that if I feed the I and Q samples through libiio in MATLAB and connect the Tx upconverted output port(ex. TxA) to a spectrum analyzer, will I able to view a smooth upconverted spectrum in RTSA(Real Time Spectrum Analyzer)?

I tried it and I'm not getting a correct output at RTSA.
