i am trying to transmit CW from IIO in linux but when i transmit it i see a image and LO with large amplitude, i want to transmit only CW wave with suppressed LO and image . how can i do this

i using IIO for sending CW . I am selecting Single CW tone in DDS mode.
By IIO I'm assuming you mean IIO-Oscilloscope (OSC). IIO is just the name of the kernel subsystem we use.
The options we offer are: quadrature, RF DC, and baseband DC tracking on the receiver side. On the transmitter side, setting the calibration mode to auto or forcing a quad calibration will also help improve these conditions. Usually these are on by default in OSC.
I am using IIO Oscilloscope and i am selecting
in AD9361 RF transmit chain
RF bandwidth = 56MHz
Smpling freq = 61.44MSPS
In FPGA setting
TX1,TX3,TX4 disable and in TX2
DDS mode - One CW tone
In this setting when connect cable with TX2 and connect it with spectrum analyzer then i receive LO at 2400MHz and two tones at 2400+10MHz and 2400-10MHz. and the amplitude of LO (at 2400 MHz is also very large.) Is signal at 2400-10MHz is image of CE tone or it is anything else.
is it possible to get onle one CW tone at 2400+10MHz and other tone LO is compressed near to noise floor.
The carrier leakage should be at most ~ -50dBc (taken from the datasheet http://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/data-sheets/AD9361.pdf ). Note the number is dependent on frequency.
Increasing the attenuation and scaling the CW tone can help with images.
