Typical P1dB is 20dBm and gain is 15dB. So at 5dBm input amplifier will be at 1dB gain compression. 5dBm at 50 ohm translate to 0.56Vp. The DC offset at the input of the amplifier will be 0V; due to the DC block cap. In this example the input applied is a sine with Vmin at -0.56V and Vmax at +0.56V.
