ADCMP572 ESD/differential input voltage spec

Wondering if anybody could shed some light on:

1) A rough idea about ADCMP572's input ESD spec (in 50 ohm environment without any additional ESD protection)

2) Datasheet specifies ±1.2V input differential voltage range while the abs max spec is ±(VCCI + 0.5 V) Would applying differential voltages between ±1.2V and ±(VCCI + 0.5V) (say, ±2.5V with VCCI of 5V) result in accelerated degradation of the part or exceeding the ±1.2V spec will only affect timing and perhaps input current?

Thanks,

Outcomes
