Assuming they are both at the same fs.
Interface both to an FPGA.
Read the parallel ADC data and remove the lower 8 bits
Send the 16 bits to the DAC serial (a parallel to serial converter).
You can also interface them to a MCU, assuming they are standard GPIO/SPI (double check the devices).
If your sampling frequencies are lower, read the ADC via GPIO and drive it to the DAC via the SPI.

1. ADC DATA stored in one buffer SCLK-20MHZ(625Ksps)
2. same Buffer data (i.e removed 8 bits LSB) with SCLK-20MHZ, we got dac output 17khz more than input RF signal,
then we SCLK --12.5MHZ we got exactly DAC output
here client requirement is both are same sample rate how can i send data same sample freq?
ADC SCLK20MHZ MAX--24bit
DAC SCLK50MHZ MAX--16bit
plz derive sampling rate find for dac and adc loop back
