The 100pF shunting capacitors will not cause a significant problem. They will tend to reduce the signal received back from the body a bit, but not substantially.
It certainly shouldn’t be a problem for the 1nF to 10nF electrode tissue interface capacitance. This capacitance will dominate the electrode tissue interface impedance at 100KHz.
