I'd like to obtain aging and drift information on the ADT7420

The datasheet shows a drift spec to be taken into account, although it is verysmall (0.0073°C ).
There may be some loss of accuracy over time, but it should stay within themin/max limits, which are calculated using 4-sigma limits.
Drift is included in the ADT7420 max accuracy specification meaning that theaccuracy of the part is guaranteed to be no worse than +/-0.5C over thelifetime of the part from -40 to +125.
Because there is very little self heating with ADT7420, the drift tends to bevery small, typically in the order of an LSB. One LSB of the ADC correspondsto 0.0625°C in 13-bit mode or 0.0078°C in 16-bit mode.
