Question
In the datasheet, it says:"Using a 3-point calibration technique, it is possible to calibrate the null and sensitivity drift of the ADXRS610 to anoverall accuracy of nearly 200°/hour. An overall accuracy of 40°/hour or better is possible using more points." This means: the customer need to dothis in their software, isn't it? Then would you please tell me the details about the 3-point calibration technique and using this technique whetherthe accuracy can reach 36 °/hour?
Answer
36°/hour drift rate is pretty tough. I don't think you'll find many low cost gyros that can do that without some sort of software intervention. Seeattached documents and presentation on MEMs gyro calibration.
