Question
Can I use the EVAL-ADXL345Z-DB for real-time evaluation?
How can I change the settings of the EVAL-ADXL345Z-DB?
Answer
The EVAL-ADXL345Z-DB datalogger board cannot be used for real-time evaluation.
Acceleration data is stored to an SD card, and is not available to interface to
a PC or other controller for real-time evaluation.
You can download different firmware (to the ADuC7024) to alter the sample rate
and measurement range.

Go to Software and Tools. Instructions and software can be found in this
section.
The EVAL-ADXL345Z breakout board can be used, in conjunction with a PC or
controller, to provide real-time evaluation.
Otherwise the Inertial Sensor Evaluation Board is recommended for real-time
evaluation of ADXL345/ADXL312/ADXL362 devices (and certain ADXRS gyros):

If you are interested in real-time evaluation of accelerometer data
via a small epaper display (with datalogging capability) you could consider the
ADXL362Z-DB:
