Question
How does the sensitivity of the ADXL103 accelerometer changes with
power supply voltage? What is the sensitivity if I supply 3.3V?
Answer
Sensitivity is essentially ratiometric to VS. This means the output offset
voltage and sensitivity will scale linearly with applied supply voltage. As the
supply voltage increases, the sensitivity and offset increases, and as the
supply voltage decreases, the sensitivity and offset decreases.
A linear plot of the sensitivity at 3V and the sensitivity at 5V (given in the
datasheet) should give
you the sensitivity range for 3.3V.
