Diference between adt7301 and adt7311

Hi, 
 I already programmed a microcontroller to use adt7301. Can I use the same code to adt7311?

Hi, 
 You need to write a new code for the ADT7311. The ADT7311 has additional features like open drain output pins, modes and registers not on the ADT7301, and different timing specs.
