ADT7310,ADT7312可以用于真空环境的温度测量吗?

我用过ADT7310,但是不知道ADT7310是否能用于ADT7310。如果不能,请推荐一款温度传感器用于真空环境的温度测量!

    But you do want to measure temperature of an object inside the oven, don't you? I guess you will attach your PCB containing the sensor to the object you want to know its temperature. In that case, to my undestanding, wouldn't this heat be transfered by conduction from the object (a wall maybe) to the PCB? And from the pcb to the device and through the package to the die, which temperature is reflected by the sensor.

    In any case, the thermal path from what you actually want to measure to the die is something than can be characterized, taking into account whether the heat transfer is done to conduction or radiation in your particular application.

    I would suggest you could evaluate those parts, using the evaluation board in your oven, note that we have available boards for ADT7x10 sensors (+/-0.5C accuracy) and ADT7x20 (+-0.25C accuracy) with the possibility to attach external boards to the main board, to be placed on their own remote from the main one, which I believe could be handy here.
