The resistance of pin(+)-Pin(-) AD592

Dear Sir/Madam,

Our customer found the bad resistance AD592 of between pin(+) to pin(-) in their acceptance inspection.

The way of inspection is to use DMM.

1; The stick ( + ) of DMM put on your pin( +).

2; The stick ( -) of DMM put on your pin( -).

3; Measure the resistance, the result is 28Mohm.

5; The stick ( + ) of DMM put on your pin( -).

6; The stick ( -) of DMM put on your pin( +).

7; Measure the resistance, the result is infinity.

This is no problem but he found some sample that the result step-7 was 450kohm.

Your AD592 internal block have current source I know.

DMM will send small voltage from stick( +).

1)Please advice us why above 450kohm result comin? I could not find your internal circuit on you datasheet.

2)Is the above 450kohm AD592 defective?or not?

3)Is the above inspection way no prpblem? Or do you have a good inspection way?

I think that he should add the 5V on pin( +)  ,put the 10kohm resister on pin( -) to GND, and measure the voltage on both end of the resister.

Thanks Kaos
