 Couls you please tell me the &theta;jc value of LTC2996IDD#PBF?

Hi Akira, 
 I don&rsquo;t have a LTC2996 specific value, but I do have some other 10-LFCSP-3x3-0.75mm package data. You can use Theta jc top values ~61 C/W and Theta jc bottom values ~10 C/W. These numbers are generated with a uniform heat source assumption.
