Hi.
1) Full K-Type Range 0° to 50° & Table 1. Device Temperature Ranges : ad8495=0~50°C says. Is this the same as COLD JUNCTION COMPENSATION?
2) How does it work in the operating range (-40 to 125°C ) outside of the Ambient Temperature (0 to 50°C)?
