Dear Analog Devices Support,
I am encountering a problem with the ADXL356 sensors in my application, specifically regarding the accelerometer output. I have tested multiple sensors, and all exhibit the same issue. The sensors cannot be activated at a temperature of 100 °C, despite the following checks:
Power Supply: I am using external supplies for V1P8ANA and V1P8DIG. I have powered on VDDIO, V1P8ANA, and V1P8DIG simultaneously (as permitted in the datasheet), ensuring that all voltages are within the recommended range of 1.8 volts.
Connections:
- VSSIO is connected to GND.
- The STBY and Range pins are always at 1.8V in active mode.
- ST1 and ST2 are both connected to GND.
- Signal Outputs: The outputs (VOUT_X, VOUT_Y, VOUT_Z) are properly isolated and monitored.
Despite these measures, the sensors remain inactive at 100 °C. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions you could provide for troubleshooting this issue further.
