PCN required for Label format in MAXIM ( ANALOG DEVICES ) - MAX3443EESA+T

Hooman  Can you please advise on this also? 

There are two types of label coming in MAXIM products. Pls advise whether Analog devices have two format of package label ? 

Also all other parameters are matching with each other and need PCN behind these changes .

I got the following response related to the question you've posed about MAX30208 labeling:

"A PCN is issued for Form, Fit or Function of a part. Labeling does meet those requirements.

The label on the left looks like a shipment from Disti and the label on the right was shipped directly from Maxim according to our packaging team.

The label on the right includes additional information: the customer PO #, MSL #, and changed the name of the “lot” from lot to batch. The “seal date” is not on the label on the right."
