MAX30001 pulldown SPI and pullup interrupts?

Category: Hardware
Product Number: MAX30001

I'm using the MAX30001 eval kit (MAX30001EVSYS) to measure ECG and BioZ in a tetrapolar configuration. For this question I'm just interested in the ECG and BioZ channel data, not any values of test points nor am I trying to test any other electrical performance, so I don't think I need the interrupts. Two questions

  1. The kit has a jumper to connect 100k pulldown resistors to SPI CLK, SDI and SDO. Should I pull those lines down? If not then what's an example of a scenario when I would want to?
  2. The kit has a jumper to connect 100k pullup resistors to SPI CSB and interrupts INTB and INT2B. Should I pull those lines up? If not then what's an example of a scenario when I would want to?

Please let me know if any additional information would be helpful.
