Hi,
I read the AD5940 datasheet and found that there is switch matrix in it. I was wondering if I understood it correctly. For current values, I could use SE0, AIN0, AIN1, AIN2, AIN3 as analog input to High-speed TIA and then to ADC. As for the switches they could be configured by registers MUXSELN, MUXSELP and TMUXCON. By doing this AD5940 can be used for different measurements on the same device? I was wondering if all the inputs converted by ADC are stored in the same buffer so that I could convert them back into analog values?
