I am DFAE in Japan.
Our customer is considering to use LTC2984 to measure Diode.
D31 and D30 of FAUL flag on Page29 of Datsheet are described.
I understand as follows
In case of the diode open, D31 and D30 are both active.
In case of the diode short, D31 is active and D30 is not active.
In case of the diode widerd backward , D31 is active and D30 is not active.
In case of the diode excessive noise event, D31 is not active and D30 is active.
Is my understanding correct?
Could you please tell me the essential difference between D31 and D30?
