AD7814 Temp sensor SDOUT VOH

Question

Hi, 
 
 We are using AD7814 temperature sensor interfaced with FPGA via SPI. 
 VDD = 3.3V 
 FPGA BANK Voltage 3.3V 
 As per datasheet VOH and VOL for digital output as given below, 
 
 But we are getting 1.2V in SDOUT which is neither high nor low as per datasheet, so we are not able to read data. 
 
 Kindly provide an clarification for this.

Hi Aravind, Depending on the SPI controller(in your case, an FPGA), the MISO SPI Bus line could need a pull-up or pull-down resistor. Could you try placing a 10kohm resistor on the MISO line? (Both pull-up or pull down resistor should work fine).
