LTC2984 heating problem

Question

The LTC2984 is powered on and heats up, causing the circuit board to not work properly.My circuit diagram is as follows. 
 
 After testing, I found that the IC's charge pump pin Q3 is shorted to ground, and its resistance is only 12&Omega;. At the same time, in order to verify whether the bypass circuit is faulty, I removed the capacitor C5 and found that C5 was normal. I also tested the Q3 pin on the board and also short-circuited to the ground. I would like to ask if the IC has been burned out in this case?

Hi 多路电流源设计开发 , Were you able to resolve the problem you're having? I'd recommend connecting all of the Vdd pins together, and placing a single 0.1uF capacitor from Vdd to ground as stated in the datasheet, instead of using two 1uF capacitors. I would also suggest looking for possible short on adjacent pins which may cause the IC not to function properly. 
 It is also possible that the IC has been burned out due to an overvoltage, overcurrent, or a static discharge event. For additional protection against such instances, you could try referring to this article written by Logan Cummings.
