ADXL327 buffering

Hi all,

i am using ADXL327 as accelerometer sensor in low noise application. I need to amplify its output voltage with an op amp put in inverting configuration which has low input resistance due to low noise concern.

The ADXL327 has an output impedance of 32kohm so do i need to put a unity gain buffer before the inverting amplifier?

Best regards

Ing,

The short answer is yes, you need a buffer, _but_

If you don't have to go to DC, you can be non-inverting with a cap in the resistor to ground.

What supply voltage(s)?  Any restriction on supply current?  You may want to contact your

local FAE for a detailed analysis.
