Dear Analog Devices engineers,
In my project, I need to monitor temperature variations of some devices. The temperature of one of them is set at 120°C. The temperature is supposed to be quite stable (except during power on and power off of the system). Furthermore, in order to achieve good resolution (resolution around 0.1°C, accuracy is not an issue since I am only concerned by relative variation), I am considering using digital temperature sensor such as ADT7310/ADT7320.
Do you have any measurement or estimation of the lifetime of these temperature sensor vs temperature when operating at high temperature? (around 120°C) Ideally, the device must work reliably for years (may be 10 years or so)
Thanks in advance,
